SAN ANTONIO – The latest SBA 504 loan being funded by the South Texas Business Fund is a multi-million project; working with the STBF was Rod Mueller of Wells Fargo Bank. The new project is for the law firm of Brock Person Guerra Reyna, PC and is located at 17339 Redland Road.
John A. Guerra and Ricardo R. Reyna are attorneys with the law firm of Brock Person Guerra Reyna, PC which was established in 1953. It’s a Civil and Trial Practice law firm focusing on state and federal civil defense litigation. Leasing a 13,000 square foot facility, Guerra, law firm president, and Reyna, vice president, decided to build a two story, 22,877 square foot building that would give the firms current 18 lawyers more space. Back in 2006, Guerra and Reyna purchased land hoping one day to build; they liked the location due to its proximity from the old building and being at the heart of one of the city’s fastest growing areas. With the new addition, the firm has capacity to add 14 more employees.
The SBA 504 program finances major real estate expansion and heavy equipment projects for borrowers located within the state of Texas; loans range from $50,000 to 4 million dollars.
